Altered Mini Notebooks

I'm on an altering rampage!  I bought a bunch of little 3x5 notebooks to make purse presents for peeps!  Started with a different one but can't show you cause it's a gift for someone..uhh that might read here!  But here's the next random one I made.  I would post a tutorial..but there are literally hundreds if you just google altered notebook tutorial!  Enjoy!!
